Woodworking Deposits

A 50% deposit is required in order to put your project into my production schedule and get started sourcing materials.

To proceed, contact Basile via text at 480.386.2735 for a quote. Deposits can be paid via Zelle.

Shipping

Most items are shipped using USPS. The shipping charge includes postage and packaging. The shipper (USPS) is responsible for shipping time, delays and lost packages. We will attempt to assist if possible but if you have a shipping issue we recommend contacting the shipper.

Cancellations

Woodworking Projects: After your 50% deposit is received your order will be put into the production schedule. Deposits are non-refundable.

Clothing Merchandise Cancellations & Returns

All items are made-to-order. No returns or exchanges.

In order to expedite order production and shipping, you may contact us within 1 hour of order being placed if you would like to cancel your order.

We are unable to correct issues older than 24 hours from your receipt of the order. Please open packages immediately upon receipt. If there is a quality issue with your order, please email us immediately with photos of the problem. We will be happy to take care of it.
